This was my 3rd time getting hair botox at WS Studios. The first two times were great. My hair became much easier to manage and was straight/semi straight slowly washing out over 2-3 months to my natural curly.
This time, the process was different. When I asked about the process change the staff claimed I’d never had hair botox before even though it’s in my booking history with them. This hair botox didnt do much. Didn’t even get rid of the frizz they claimed it would. Wish I’d gone elsewhere.
