Really bad experience - I asked for a caramel balayage and was expecting hand painted like last time but they did foils. Also I ended up with grey hair! I specifically asked for no blonde as I don’t suit it and just wanted a subtle enhancement to my brunette. Ended up grey and really ashy, I went back in and David kindly did what he could do to save it (had to strip the grey out) but now my hair is a worse condition that it was. So expensive for something I didn’t ask for, really disappointed
