Trusted recommendations of the stylist but have ended up with damaged hair (they are dry and breaking now) because they decided to execute of balayage instead of ombré with highlights (without bleaching my ends) that I normally do, and I had to pay extra money for the balayage.
I have been customer to this salon for two years and have never had been disappointed. A shame :(
