I had an absolutely lovely experience at WS today, Anna took such care with my hair and took her time to explain the colour process to me and how it would match what I was looking for.
I had a French glossing and am so happy with it.
Left with a gorgeous blow-dry and cannot wait to return.

I would highly recommend Lauren, she was so attentive and took the time to understand what I wanted. She was very honest and didn't want to damage my hair and recommended an alternative that worked out perfectly. It's always great to find professionals with integrity towards their work and I respect that she would not just do what I wanted as it would overly damage my hair. Will be back. Thanks! :)
