- Appointment took an hour longer than expected
- Hair was dry and left with split ends after the appointment
- Went back to remedy the situation, hair is still dry and brittle, no accountability from team
- No response to email complaint after 2 weeks
This is my second time at WWSTUDIOS, there are better salons available that will provide a more professional service.

I would strongly advise anyone that could book another place to do so. I explained exactly what I wanted (which was a fringe so it’s pretty simple) and somehow didn’t get what I wanted. When I told him, instead of fixing it, he told me I didn’t know how to cut fringe and that he was the professional. I feel like I could’ve done a better job at home… very bad experience.
