Jacob was very insightful, what would look best for my hair. He carried a lot of knowledge and skill. He understood what my required and what to do to help fix my hair condition and hair colour. He provided clear, in a way I would understand plan of what he going to do during my appointment and what was ahead. He took very good care of me,making sure I was happy with all decisions and ideas that were brought forward to help me. Jacob was very kind and helpful giving me great tips.

The balayage, toner and haircut looked gorgeous. Alexandria did an amazing job - it was my first visit to WS, and i’ll definitely be returning. She balanced out some short bits of hair I had from tying my hair in a bun over the years. The balayage was in really natural tones that suited my complexion, she helped remove the brassy tones I had. Thank you!
