Really happy overall, Adrian made sure I got the colour I wanted, even used 2 toners to achieve as close to the picture I showed him and checked with me if it was okay. He's a very talented hairdresser and my balayage was lovely. Only issue is I didn't get the package I paid for as the salon was so busy so got a quick trim instead of a hot scissor cut but i undwrstans it was because other customers were waiting.
