Tous spent the time needed to understand what I wanted to achieve with my colour. She suggested several ideas and did not put pressure on me to decide. She did express a view, but was open to alternative. Very different from other salons where you can get rushed to decide in a few minutes! I’m the end, her suggestion achieved exactly the effect I was looking for, and the cut was very nice too. Thank you Roya for your attentiveness and professionalism!

I had an absolutely lovely experience at WS today, Anna took such care with my hair and took her time to explain the colour process to me and how it would match what I was looking for.
I had a French glossing and am so happy with it.
Left with a gorgeous blow-dry and cannot wait to return.
