Had hair Botox around a month a go, since then I’ve had extreme hair shedding. I hope it stops soon. I have curly hair and it’s gone limp and noticeably thinner after this treatment. Do not believe this was a non chemical treatment as advertised.

I asked for a balayage and the result was not what I had asked for. My hair had teasylights all the way through but there was no balayage style which I had initially asked for. V disappointed especially for the price I paid of £225. Good customer service thoughout though I must admit. Anna was very communicative and highly professional
