Finally, a salon that actually did a patch test. Before, I was only asked if I ever experienced negative reactions to hair products and that’s it. We had a great conversation and I got a clear understanding of what I can expect and what we will do. We did a bleach test on a strand of hair to see if my mess (I dyed my hair black sometime ago) can be fixed. Thankfully, yes, and I booked an appointment. Looking forward to it and getting my natural hair color back!

I was not completely happy at first as there seems to have been som miscommunication between myself and the stylist. However, I went back and WS Studios were happy to offer me a redo to ensure that I was happy with my hairstyle.
