Nico took so much care and trouble over my cut and blow dry it was totally wonderful. He listens carefully and is a brilliant stylist. I felt really spoiled and cared for.

Balayage didn't turn out like I was expecting atall. I thought the questions the stylist asked made me feel confident but he did things differently to what I said. I have a different balayage to what I asked completely.At thispricepoint, unacceptable
