I asked for signature blonde balayage and received a full head of brassy highlights. The whole experience was rushed and poorly done- didn’t even use heat protector. When I went back to have the issues solved I was told there wasn’t much they could do but they did wash and attempted to remove the toner
I haven’t left a bad review in my life and I hate to do so as most of the staff at WS studios are warm&kind but my experience with my hair was dreadful. My hair is 10x worse than when I went in.

Was a a great blowdry by the stylist. Very attentive to what i wanted, did offer to straighten my hair at the start of the session but i think her next client had arrived and felt slightly rushed towards the end so was no straightening done. Felt slightly uncomfortable when the lady who washed my hair told me I would look ‘much better’ with a lighter hair colour, which was said with no mention of me saying I wanted a colour change.
