The staff were lovely and friendly but I wasn’t expecting a t section and cut to take 4 hours! I had to rush off because my hair took longer to lift than expected, and after getting home, I realised the highlights weren’t as subtle/blended as I asked for and the front pieces are different colours to the back. She also blow dried my hair with no heat protector just to cut it, which you shouldn’t do with dry bleached African hair! Not sure how the cost came to £167 when it was supposed to be £140

Very good experience with Nico. He spent the time to discuss what type of cut I wanted, gave good suggestions and did a great job.
Studio is nice, all staff seemed friendly, good products used and a good value. I will return!
