Sadly, unlike many reviews, I had a poor experience. During the patch test, I confirmed with the staff I could get the color. Then during my appt, Ana confirmed I could achieve the color but it would have more blonde, I said ok but I definitely want it to look red and she said it would. I kept reconfirming b/c she was using so much bleach. By the end, I was entirely blonde and there was just a few streaks of red. My hair is also super frizzy from the hot scissors. Not what I wanted at all.
