This is a lovely little studio in Pimlico! I felt very welcomed and the stylist, Domenico, took a lot of care and time with me. I never felt rushed and he was attentive throughout the appointment.
Unfortunately the colour isn’t what we had discussed and I understand this can sometimes happen depending on the hair. The transition from the roots however I’m really upset about since it’s stark and not well blended at all
The pricing wasn’t very transparent either so a bit of a shock at the till!

Following a balayage appointment back in January, I was really disappointed with blending and transition as well as the colour. The staff were lovely and reached out to me to return for a complimentary melted roots treatment to help improve the look of the balayage. Nino was incredibly understanding and attentive, discussing with me how best to improve the transition of the roots. I really appreciate the effort to make things better and have walked out much happier this time! Thank you!
