I was attended to by Roya, everything went well. She was super friendly and a good professional, it’s a shame that she has no ethics with the client. She simply did two procedures on my hair without informing me and in the end she charged me £94. At no time was I informed of the cost. Like the first time, I did it with Nico he did thesame process, it didn’t occur to me that I would have to pay more. Unbelievable! I was so shocked! In the end I paid £228 when it could have been £134. Never again

I initially booked Craig who was unavailable last minute so Domenico took over. The haircut was fine but I asked for a bouncy blowout and instead he insisted he curls my hair as a blowout won’t look good apparently. Was not pleased with the finished hair and had to redo it at home before my evening plans unfortunately.
