I wasn't expecting when I booked a root re-touch + rough dry going home with my hair still wet and my head full of dye.
Delian rushed with hair washing and hair drying, had no alternative but to wash my hair as soon as I arrived home to remove the hair dye that wasn't done properly.
Sorry Delian, maybe less singing and more customer care.

Delian listens. All I ask for is a good stylist who listens to my concerns and acknowledges what I would like. I don’t normally have salon cut as a friend does it? So it’s quite important that I find someone I can trust. I would return and have had compliments on my hair since I went.
