Nicolae has an amazing ability to understand exactly what you want to achieve. He translates your ideas into something that genuinely suits you, and you leave feeling completely happy with the result. Spotless salon, soft music, lovely conversations, and the feeling of being genuinely looked after. Nicolae was so accommodating and kind about staying extra time, which I really appreciated.
