I travelled all the way into London from Berkshire and I had spoken and booked a few weeks on the phone to the lady and she sounded friendly.
I get to the venue, which isn’t a shop, a creepy building, no one answered the doorbell so I must have rung it around 15 times and then on the intercom someone tells me to come back in an hour! No one had the decency to even come to the door! I then rung the phone nu from Groupon and the same lady I booked the spot with said she didn’t have my appointment

The treatment was good, Sasha was welcoming and knowledgeable. One minus is communication- hard to get in touch to book appointment, plus after the appointment I was supposed to receive the message from Sasha about the aftercare process, I never did. I suppose better book through Treatwell than calling the phone number.

To be honest, I reccoment because Sasha persinally is a very nice, special and professional person however after appointmant she not answering for message and emails, I don' know why.

This lady is very experienced and is it obvious that she knows what she is talking about. She explained the pros and cons of the procedure (in my case), then talked through the procedure as she executed the chemical peel. She is beyond competent. The location is very central and easy to get too. It was a very good procedure and I will us her again.

Great professional service and easy booking. Nice ambience and convenient location. Skin feels "patchy" on first day, but good the day after. This was to be expected.
