I really enjoyed my facial treatment, It was very relaxing and my skin felt lovely afterwards. My therapist was friendly and made sure I was comfortable during the treatment, I especially liked the added extra of a hand and foot massage

Really disappointed with the level of drilling, swearing by workmen.
Had our massage in a hotel room, that we had to walk to in the rain rather than a treatment room as the spa was clearly being re decorated. (We would have preferred to have been told and come on another day).
We had to ask the staff 4/5 times for our Prosecco to be bought to us.not one apology was given for the noise, lack of courtesy or lack of spa room availability.
We also had to sit in the hot tub in the rain.
My therapist Zara was very sweet, kind and gave me the best facial experience. Would definitely recommend.

The therapist that carried out my treatment was excellent I was just disappointed with the accommodation. My treatment took place in a very small, open alcove opposite the reception desk. I was therefore in full view of all the people booking into the gym which did make it feel like a pampering experience.
