The trainee was amazing! Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she was really considerate, reassuring and attentive, made sure every single piece of hair was waxed. She did an amazing job with the Hollywood, although it was her first time doing it. Great service and lovely chat during the treatments which made the atmosphere a lot less awkward as I normally feel very uncomfortable especially during an intimate wax. Can't wait to be back :) thanks!
