It was my first time ever getting my eyebrows threaded professionally and Bhav was super friendly from the moment I contacted her.
She guided me through the process very carefully, really taking her time to consider the shape and to ask me for my input. She was really sweet and went above and beyond to make me and my sister feel comfortable.
She is exceptionally skilled and was able to remove my really thick hair gently and with almost no pain!!!
