Lamination was great but the tint was way too dark so will stick to just a lamination in the future.

I booked for a Hollywood wax. The job was not done thoroughly at all with quite a lot of hair left behind. She allowed me to comeback for a touch up and told me to point out the areas as if she cannot clearly see better than me and she applied only 2 touch up strips. After inspecting the area, I’ve decided to leave this review. This is the worst Hollywood wax I have ever had. Whilst the therapist is lovely, unfortunately her attention to detail is not - if you want to a patchy wax book her.
