The salon called me in the morning and asked if I could come to the salon at 3.30pm, not 2pm as per my booking. I agreed. I then waited 40 minutes after I arrived at 3.30 for someone to even start my nails. Safe to say this was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. There’s bits of polish around my nail and on my finger that I was told “would peel off in the shower”. This was not the case. I’ve still got polish on my fingers. I only noticed after the appointment (and in daylight) the difference of colours between my two hands, with the nail polish applied very unevenly. One hand has dark polish and the other one is lighter polish. The staff were very lovey so it’s a shame that the polish was done so poorly.

Friendly therapist! She had some issues with the tanning gun working but she was sorry about it and it really didn't bother me as my tan come out looking beautiful. Super happy.
