I have been going to world of beauty Soho road Birmingham for a couple of years I have my facials done with sheila and the service is excellent she explains during the facial the procedure and what products she uses and the benefits to my skin as I have sensitive skin The treatments I have had give my Skin that soft glowing look Sonya and Bobbi who run the shop and work there are also very helpful and informative and have helped a lot with useful advice Neela did my eyebrows a job well done too

Bobbi is lovely she always makes you feel welcome , I have just lost my father and she took time to talk to me before my treatment . I never felt rushed at all.
They are very caring staff , and it's important especially after what people have and are going through.
Lovely place have recommended to two family members .

I came here for my laser hair removal after looking at some of the online reviews and I was not disappointed! Firstly I have to say the clinic is very clean and you can see that they spend a lot of time keeping it this way because of Covid!! The girls are lovely and welcoming
Bobbi the Laser technician Is very experienced and thorough. I have had laser before and the treatments were rushed and did not work properly.
I am super pleased with my results and will definitely be back
