I wanted to love this place as everyone was very friendly and chatty - but the manicure was the worst I've ever received. The filing was wonky with jagged edges as they were only course filed. my cuticles were sore and stinging (2x cuticles bleeding) after the drill was used on them and there wasn't any cuticle oil or hand lotion used at the end to help ease the now sore sanded cuticles.I honestly could have done better myself. I would have refused to pay if I hadn't already prepaid on here.

The place is not cleaned to a good standard, it had an impossibly strong acrylic smell that made it hard to breathe, and the manicure was done poorly with two cuticles left bleeding, and atmosphere is off and clients are ignored while the staff talks among themselves.
