They could not do a proper shaping of nails even if I warned them about thw shaping errors and the shellac they did is far away from my cuticles… terrible place. I will never go there again. Waste of money and time.

I had a pedicure here last summer and it was brilliant. This was the total opposite. The girl was so lazy, kept chatting to colleagues, getting up and had no idea what she’d done/hadn’t. At one point she left the shop and came back ten minutes later while I waited. Barely any work done on my feet. A soak in the bath and a light exfoliation. No cuticle removal. No heel work. No moisturiser. Mainly just painting nails. Lots of glue left on my big toes and lumpy gel. Don’t waste your time or money

I’ve been a few times as the location is so convenient. It is SO hit and miss and the standard is getting worse and worse. In the past it’s been missing steps that I’ve overlooked like not removing cuticles or bad filing etc. The last time I had a lot of powder left under my nails but put this down to a new inexperienced person. But I had my finger sliced with the electric buffer and glued back together this time. I won’t be going back again.
