Honestly, this was a disappointing experience. I arrived on time for my appointment to be told I would have to wait 30m. After some negotiation I was seen on time, but my pedicure was rushed and the employee cut my foot (by mistake). The massage was excellent was the result is good, but the experience was not.

Lovely and friendly staff. Pedicure was good, very nice massage chair but there was limited selection of varnish (not gel) and attention to detail was a bit lacking. Good that they’re so local to my new house so I may visit again due to convenience.

So firstly they aren’t open on Sundays, so if you book via Treatwell for a Sunday, you’ll shop up to a closed shop on Wood street. I called and we rebooked for Monday morning at 10am so it was sorted but not ideal. The pedicure was less than thorough. I still have dry skin on my cuticles which haven’t been trimmed, the shellac is okay but not the best I’ve ever had. The choice of nail colours was pretty limited. £38 is not a cheap pedi, but the result feels cheap. So I won’t be going back.
