So so not happy with the service I have received!! My booking wasn't confirmed, I have been told that I won't be able to do my nails and my toes at the same time, the salon was clearly not managed well enough on that day. Being in the industry myself, I was left with the disappointment! My therapists didn't really know what she was doing, she saw imperfections of her work, but still carried on. I had to correct her pretty much all the time, which as a customer wasn't relaxing at all. My nail shellac is not applied evenly, and because it wasn't done the way it should of been it starts to chip after 2 days!! During my toe polish, I was sitting on a very uncomfortable chair surrounded by dust. I had to keep one of my legs on the floor, which I have found incredibly unhygienic!! The experience was awful, from start to finish! And I felt that due to the lack of proffesionalism in that place, was absolutely pointless to complain.

arrived looking casework and left feeling pampered and sporting thigh luscious lashes. Jenny is a lovely girl, who makes you feel relaxed throughout.
