My appointment was changed twice after I made my initial booking. Not a great start.
The salon looks lovely from the outside and it's main room is quite nice. However, I was taken into a side room that was shabby - peeling paint on the ceiling and just not a clean, clinical look.
I told the beautician I was a little nervous and she said I would be fine. But didn't talk me through the treatment at all. I had to ask what she was doing the whole way through otherwise I wouldn't have had a clue what was happening to me.
I was left in the room with my eyes firmly closed. The door was left open which made me feel uncomfortable. At one point I heard someone come into the room and I think there must have been a loo off it because I swear I heard a toilet flush!
When it came to removing the product from my eyes the beautician did her best. But I could barely see. I couldnt wait to get home and I removed most of the glue myself with tweezers.
It wasn't a great experience to be honest.

Very relaxing salon, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I had shellac on my nails and am pleased with the end result. I would definitely go again.
