9am appt booked. Venue shut. Did not open till 9.10am. Jenny not there so a nervous trainee did my nails. Did not know how to use products. Popular colours almost ran-out. Shellac applied with large lumps, nails not filed smoothly so had to be filled again at home. Shellac all over fingers. Other customer waited 30 mins to have her make-up done only to be told there was no-one to do it and she left. Staff weren't in the slightest bit bothered they'd ruined her day . Appalling,
