I visited Sep’s salon in August to have a blow dry before a friends’ wedding. Sep is a true magician; he managed to revive my fine, limp, neglected hair and I left looking and feeling great for the first time since having my baby last year. The treatments he offers are unusual and luxurious. The products he uses smell amazing. The ambience of his salon is perfect; it feels intimate and domestic, like you are sitting in a friend’s living room. As well as being a great hairdresser, Sep is a very open, fun and interesting person, which is enriching. I got lots of compliments on my hair and was told I looked glowing. If I lived in London I’d be a regular client for sure. Thank you, Sep.

tiny hole in the wall, totally disordered space, uncomfortable seating, stylist was defensive and aggressive, no empathy and first told me I needed to keep my fringe very neatly updated and then told me he will not accept appointments for fringe trims, period. told me not to cut my fringe straight across, I agreed, and then he cut my fringe straight across. got angry when my wet hair dripped on his leg when I was trying to avoid a spider, yes it was tiny but I have a phobia! will not be going back. one plus: conditioning treatment left hair very soft
