Had treatment booked and paid for but when turning up the salon was locked, so rang, no answer and left a voicemail. Received a call back 15 minutes later with an apology explaining the therapist was out back with another client. Was told I could come in for the treatment but then sat in salon for a further 10 minutes waiting. So a 5 minute threading took up a whole lunchbreak. I’ve visited the salon numerous times now and the treading itself has been good. Just haven't experienced this before.

My manicure last for 2 Days. I’m so disappointed. Feel I wasted my money. The nail files beautician was using were used and dirty. I should be getting new and unused file. I’ll not return for manicure to the salon again.

Very friendly service, but not the most comfortable experience. It was the first time that I had a pedicure the slightly hurt. When my nails were being filed I had to ask her to stop. When I got home noticed my skin had been filed and left sore.

Chandni is always professional and actually wants to make people feel great! The atmosphere is wonderful, I always fall asleep I’m that relaxed! I attend religiously and nothing is ever too much. Would definitely recommend.
