Mel is my hairdresser and she is exceptional. I have had other hairdressers in the past and they simply don't listen to what you want. Mel is attentive, knowledgable and a very caring lady. I would not swap my hairdresser now and feel so lucky to have found Mel and the wonderful William David team in Ilkley. I highly recommend them.
