Really disappointed. I have never booked into a hair salon for a cut, colour and blow dry to be then told by the stylist that she doesn’t cut short hair. If I wanted my hair styling, I could book another appointment with a stylist that could cut short hair. I did think that paying £121 would include the cut as stated in the appointment details. The stylist did attempt a quick trim but to be honest, my hair looked worse coming out than when I went in. My husband thought that I’d been swimming !
