we called in advance as the website would not allow us to book for 29th May. the staf were kert with me and said now i should go back on line to book. At no time did she tell me the steam room was oit of action or that the gym was bing renovated .... we were away on a long weekend break on the sunday morning 11am we got a call from wildmoor to say the gym was out of action for our spa day and the steam room was not in use... we were disapointed but even more so when speaking to members at the spa who told us the steam roo. had already been out of action for 3 weeks and even they as members did not have a date for it to be fixed... i must say i would not of booked if i had realised i feel that when i called i should of been told... my husband and i would of made alternative arrangements calling less than 24 hours befors we were to be thers was disgraceful i wod not recomend the services to anyone..... we concidered not going but as we could not book other spa in area at such short notice continued with the day ... No member of staff said sorry they just ignored the fact that not all the facilities wers available...

Everything was spot on, even better than expectations. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, lunch was delicious and plentiful. Couldn't have asked for more.
Much bigger than I expected but happily not busy in the spa. I wouldn't have paid extra for the 'simply float' but it was included ... The sauna and steam rooms were both large and a good temperature. Pool nice but some powerful massage jets would have been a great addition. Staff very pleasant.

The spa itself was lovely, and lunch excellent. The pregnancy massage was so relaxing I fell asleep! However the floatation experience was not quite as good as the rest of the day. Perhaps it was my lack of understanding of what it compromised but it was effectively just lying on a water bed for 30 mins whilst listening to people walking up and down the corridor outside and banging doors.
