Had my 2nd session today with Sandy to help with ongoing pain in my shoulders and back. Sandy is excellent at what she does and has really helped to massively reduce the daily pain and discomfort I was experiencing before starting seeing her. Sandy has also offered advice on keeping good posture as I sit at a desk all day through work, as well as exercises and stretches to do at home to keep my back in good form. I would definitely recommend Sandy to anybody who needs help as I did. Thanks again

First massage in a while and really needed a deep tissue to help tight legs and back. Sandy also explained ways to help improve flexibility with these areas too. Really helpful.

Great massage. I have some serious shoulder knots that Sandy did a great job working out; though I was definitely uncomfortable the next day, I feel so much better now! She even gave me some exercises to do to ease the backache I get from long hours behind a desk. Fantastic service
