Amazing! Sarah really listens before the massage to understand your needs/any pains etc you're having that she can help with. She adapted the massage as I was having some back pain and really focused there but also added a relaxing head and face massage as I was feeling stressed! It is obvious Sarah knows what she is doing, using different techniques etc to work different areas. I have had multiple massages with Sarah (and Catherine!!) and will continue to do so

I had the Bali Bliss treatment with Sarah and loved every minute of it. The reflexology component was especially good (had never had that done before) and made me nod off. So relaxing, I felt wonderful afterwards!

I booked a massage as I was desperate because of a sciatica flare up. Sarah really helped to ease the pain and I've felt so much better since. Sarah taught me different things to try when having a flare up as well after my massage had finished.
Couldn't fault. First time visiting the new building as well and it's gorgeous and so relaxing! Couldn't say a bad word. Will be back soon🥰
