So pleased with my hair cut and blow dry! Patricia was so friendly and did such a great job woth my distressed locks. Her hair massage is fab and the massage chair is AMAZING.
I came in to get a half head balayage for my wedding. My stylist told me to get very subtle highlights to give my usually very dark hair some more dimension. I chose Patricia because she was advertised as a Senior Stylist which I now understand is a totally arbitrary title. After explaining to her exactly what I wanted (in her own native Portuguese tongue, nonetheless) Patricia gave me what can only be described as full on highlight. They were VERY blonde, not at all subtle but done over large chunks of hair. This was disappointing especially because Patricia’s hair color is similar to mine and the balayage she had on it was exactly what I wanted and I told her so. To fix her mistake (which she never apologized for or even acknowledged getting extremely wrong) I asked Patricia to blend the blondest chunks of hair with some low lights. Problem solved right? Wrong! Patricia again took huge chunks of hair and dyed then a color that were even darker than my hair. Now I’m left with very blonde and very dark chunks of hair all over. Realizing that Patricia was not going to solve this problem as well, I paid for my treatment and ran out of them before she could screw up my hair even more... I have no idea how this place has so many great reviews! Stay away!!!!
