What a lovely experience from start to finish. Ernesta is genuinely one of those people who makes you feel completely at ease. She’s so friendly, thoughtful and incredibly talented at what she does. Nothing feels rushed, and the care and precision she puts into every little detail is impressive. You can tell she really knows her craft and wants the very best for her clients. I had such a lovely experience with Ernesta. She is incredibly warm, patient and professional, and you can really tell how much pride she takes in her work. Her attention to detail is fantastic, and she genuinely cares about the health of your nails, not just how they look. The studio is beautiful, spotless and so relaxing. I absolutely love my nails and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. A real gem, and someone I’d happily recommend to anyone!
