I have to say the ladies here are lovely and very welcoming. I had my colour and extensions booked in another salon and cancelled as I heard great things about White Gold, I made the right choice 100%

Always have an amazing experience at White Gold, the staff are so friendly and fun. Remi does my lashes exactly how I want each time and hardly lose any. Also have my hair extensions done here and I am I love! Beautiful salon

Went in for hair extension consultation,made to feel welcome by the lady on reception,15 mins late to being seen,no apology.Was sat down, felt rushed and wasn't completely explained everything e.g how they are fitted,how long it will take and so on. Was told I would recieve an email by the end of the day for finance, two days later.absolutely nothing recieved.Such a shame as you could have had a returning customer,gone elsewhere to someone who has been efficient with me and appreciated customers
