Went in for hair extension consultation,made to feel welcome by the lady on reception,15 mins late to being seen,no apology.Was sat down, felt rushed and wasn't completely explained everything e.g how they are fitted,how long it will take and so on. Was told I would recieve an email by the end of the day for finance, two days later.absolutely nothing recieved.Such a shame as you could have had a returning customer,gone elsewhere to someone who has been efficient with me and appreciated customers

Overall I was happy with my haircut. I found it unusual to receive a text mid day Saturday asking for a deposit- I’ve been to this salon before and wasnt asked for this and never have been at any other salon. I also wasn’t pleased to be contacted on Sunday evening 8.30pm to rearrange my appointment which was for the next day at 10.30 am..

Dreadful lashes, didn’t even cleanse my eyes before starting, took about 20 minutes and looked awful.
