I don't like to leave negative feedback, but I'm disappointed with the customer service. I won't be coming back. During the service, she mentioned that a dry cut wasn't possible, insisting on washing my hair for fringe also, which resulted in an additional charge of £20. However, she didn't cut my hair fringe. I'm unsatisfied with the blow-dry and cut; it looks like I did it at home.
