This was my first visit and i was very pleased with the lady who cut my hair. She was very attentive and calm and took time and care over my haircut. She was very friendly and in the end I felt she nailed it! I was very happy with the result!

I will never go back here. My daughter left in tears. I explained to staff my daughter needed her hair washed and dried as we had no water and her brother was in hospital so we needed to leave by a certain time. The woman who washed her hair initially did such a bad job, her had to be rewashed half way through drying which made us upset anxious and late leaving. Staff were not friendly or sympathetic and the environment was unpleasant. Very high prices for a very poor service.

Great colour and cut at a reasonable price. Pepe was fantastic - I have long, thick hair and he did a great job with the colour, cut and the blow dry was amazing. Left looking fantastic and feeling fabulous :)
