I visited for a straight forward trim. Offered tea and biscuits after my hair was washed and they had a good selection of magazines. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of anyone - the Receptionist/ Salon Assistant who crashed my hair was lovely, but the Senior who cut my hair seemed to be having an off day or maybe generally has a cold manner. Whilst chatting to me, she asked polite questions about me but it seemed more robotic and business like than someone who genuinely cared - that's the main reason for 4* not the full 5*... will revisit and try another stylist next time

Georgia (2nd year stylist) did a lovely job and really listened to what I wanted, gave great advice, and showed me how to recreate it at home. She really put me at ease - mean feat as i had recently had a terrible experience at another hairdressers. I'll definitely be back. The cup of tea and magazines were the cherry on top!

Had my hair cut by Georgia. Great cut and blow dry, still looked great the next day! She listened To what I wanted and put me at ease.

The service I receive is wonderful, there is a relaxed ambience about the salon and the staff are friendly. I had a semi-permanent colour done and am happy with the result.
