Got what I paid for. Left with a stripey 90’s ‘all saints’ fringe and bangs. There were kids in there scratching their heads full of nits, had my skin crawling. I’ll pay the extra next time and go somewhere else.

I think they had given me the last appointment of the day and were in a bit of a rush to get my appointment finished. After the colour was rinsed out I was offered no product for my hair or options for any styling, just a fast blow-dry done in 5mins.the staff were nice, but it didn't feel like they were very fussed about my hair.
