I had rollers put in my hair for the first time with a blow dry for a Christmas party (my hair is naturally quite straight). When the rollers came out, the bottom of my hair was wavy as requested but the top and front of my hair looked awful- it was like a matted nest and when I asked if this could be changed, the stylist didn’t seem to think there was anything wrong with it. She combed down the top part which then brushed out the curls to try and neaten it up. I didn’t trust what she was doing by the end of the appointment, as she said that my hair was finished when it was very messy. I then felt rushed and she didn’t check with me if I was happy with the end result. I paid and decided I would sort it out at home. When I got home, the underneath of my hair was matted from the amount of hairspray that had been used and my hair had lost its shine. I completely brushed out the hairstyle in the end, and went to the party with straight hair as normal. I’m really disappointed with the experience and unhappy that I paid £25 when I ended up styling my own hair.

Laura was lovely. Listened to what I wanted, made some sensible suggestions and then cut my hair really well. Will definitely return.
