Arrived at allotted time 1:15 for wash and style. I was ignored for a minute or so before Melly said take a seat . Used the washroom and then looked around noticing the two hairdressers were busy with clients. I said what is going on - there seems to be no one here for me. The other hairdresser said ‘Melly was running behind 5 minutes…. Melly corrected her and said 10 minutes. Popped out to get a coffee ( nothing was offered) came back and noticed Melly was about half way done- so left.
