-I paid $32 for wash haircut and stylish.I received just haircut...the wash was a joke....
-The hygiene of the premises wasn't enough
the price was £ 97 now is £95 and she asked me 108£....She cheated $11 plus the tip coz she didn't asked me if I want to gave to her (REALLY DISHONEST THIS ACT)
-I got an allergy on my neck and she didn't gave me any discount about it.
-The quality of the lotion curly perm didn't look good ...Maybe in 1 month my curly perm is gone.
I have lost £44 with her...

The whole appointment felt very rushed and time constricted. Sue was a lovely lady however she was very rough with the hair and it left my scalp feeling slightly sore. The highlights themselves were very blocky and very few, personally i couldn't see much of a difference between when I came in and when I left. However the hair treatment did leave my hair slightly softer. Overall I felt very disappointed.
