Half the staff are not wearing masks or visors. There is zero attempt to be covid compliant, chairs are not cleaned in between customers, everyone is sat very close together. Appointment started 25 minutes late. I was told that they could either skip the toner or blow dry. Even without the toner my highlights are terrible. I asked for an all over ashy blonde and I got thick blonde strips with a huge line of brown roots showing through. Obviously I will not be returning.
